We like that there’s an explanation of the difference between narrative, opinion, and expository writing and their different writing structures. There are a lot of prompts talking about different topics. We chose initially the ones that were easy for her then gradually progressed to the harder ones. They range from meeting a celebrity to an animal that has brought happiness to your own life to opinion writing about water, football, bullying, and so on. There are 366 pages in this book so there’s a whole range of topics you can choose from.
